Stacy represents individuals and families in guardianship / conservatorship cases as well as in probate matters, trust disputes, will contests, and family or closely held business disputes. Stacy is also a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice.

When representing clients as an attorney, Stacy's significant jury trial and courtroom experience serves her clients well. Stacy will zealously and tenaciously advocate for her client in the courtroom. Litigation is difficult and may compromise valued family relationships. Stacy counsels her clients through this difficult time and works closely with clients to identify ways to negotiate an out-of-court resolution if possible.
Stacy also serves as a mediator in cases involving disputed guardianship / conservatorship cases, trust disputes, will contests, and family or closely held business disputes. Stacy’s experience as an attorney – particularly in these practice areas – serves parties well in these kinds of cases. Stacy has more than 20 years of experience as a trial attorney. For almost ten years, Stacy’s practice has been devoted to representing persons subject to guardianship/conservatorship, family members, and fiduciaries in cases involving myriad issues.
